For years, it was just me and my daughter, Hannah, my rock (and yes, our last name is now Stone!). I worked at a corporate law firm, knowing I was meant for more. Eventually, I left, married my husband Mike, and Hannah started playing hockey.
That’s when
everything changed.
I loved watching her come alive on the ice, and I also saw what most don’t: the pressure, exhaustion, and quiet struggles behind the scenes. These kids juggle demanding schedules while just trying to be teens. Some thrive, others struggle. I wanted to listen and support them through the stress, anxiety, and communication challenges.
Meeting a sport psychologist at one of her camps was a full-body lightbulb moment.
I saw what was missing: mindset support, nervous system regulation, and tools to handle pressure.
I went back to school, earned a master’s in Exercise Science with a Sport Psychology focus, found a mentor, and never looked back.
For five years, I’ve helped athletes and creatives not just perform better, but feel better, showing up clear, grounded, confident, and in control.
If you’re ready to bring joy back to your craft, lead with clarity, and perform with purpose… I’ve been waiting for you!
